Hodgson Sealants have appointed Kevin Nickolay as National Sales Manager for their Passive Fire Protection business.
Kevin takes the reins from previous colleague Oliver Shaw. With 20 years’ experience at the company under his belt, Kevin is a long-serving member of our team.
He will now be responsible for industrial assembly, stationary products and passive fire solutions for the Hodgson group of companies; Hodgsons Sealants and Britchem.
Speaking on his new role, Kevin commented:
“I’ve had the privilege of being with Hodgson Sealants for 20 years, gaining diverse experience in manufacturing, supply chain and sales, as well as serving as a Buyer and Operations Manager. My journey has been dynamic, energising and, at times, challenging – but always rewarding.
“What excites me most about this new role is the opportunity to build and nurture relationships with new customers, driving growth and collaboration.”
Prior to his career at Hodgson Sealants, Kevin was as an Apprentice in the printing industry, progressing to Operations Manager before joining Hodgson Sealants.
During his time with us, he furthered his expertise by earning a degree in lean manufacturing – a proud accomplishment he achieved in his 40s.
Away from the company, Kevin enjoys socialising with family and friends, going on holidays, as well as golf and football.
