We’re delighted to welcome Andy Hoskins as the new Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager at Hodgson Sealants. Andy brings a wealth of experience and is eager to make a positive impact on our safety culture and environmental standards.
Andy’s extensive background includes roles as a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer in the FMCG and pharmaceutical sectors and as an HSE Consultant across construction, renewables and engineering. This broad experience equips him to address the challenges of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Andy explains: “Understanding how factories operate and the pressures teams face helps me connect with the workforce and tackle issues effectively. Spending time on the shop floor, listening to concerns and delivering solutions are essential to building trust. I’m committed to fostering a safe and environmentally-friendly culture and achieving zero Lost Time Incidents (LTIs).
“Joining Hodgson Sealants has renewed my passion for H&S and I’m also aiming for chartered membership of IOSH as part of my professional growth.”

Outside work, Andy enjoys socialising with family and friends, travelling, keeping koi fish and indulging in his love for Indian food.
