Hodgson Sealants, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of high-performance sealants, is excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to join our team in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

About the role

This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to lead internal and external marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

From overseeing marketing strategies and managing the product portfolio to coordinating campaigns and supporting new product development (NPD), the Marketing Manager will play a central role in shaping Hodgson Sealants’ future.

Our new Marketing Manager will be based in Beverley, with some travel to our sister company Britchem based in Heckmondwike.

 Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead product management efforts, including lifecycle oversight and NPD evaluation.
  • Manage digital presence – including the website, SEO, email, and social media – with compelling, results-driven content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical and leadership teams to align messaging and enhance customer experience.
  • Analyse market data, trends, and feedback to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee agency partnerships, maintain brand consistency and manage the marketing budget.

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years in a marketing role, with a strong track record in campaign delivery and strategic execution.
  • Experience in product management and pricing strategy.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, especially in SEO and content development.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • A creative approach balanced with data-driven decision-making.

Desirable:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Experience in the building or industrial materials sector
  • Design or creative team background
