Production Operatives

We are hiring Production operatives
You will be flexible in your approach to work any of the following work patterns:
Monday to Thursday with Fridays as overtime when required (Fridays usually are reduced hours) 36hrs/week
5am to 2pm
1.45pm to 11.45pm
Duties include the following
Operating automated, semi-automated and manual packaging machine working in teams of 1, 2 and 3 people
Work in accordance with Hodgson Sealants safety standards.
Operate and observe machine operations to ensure quality of products are correct to specification.
Adjust machinery when necessary to ensure correct quality and specification of products are met.
Work to OEE standards for the particular machinery you are operating.
Provide daily written/verbal information to the Manufacturing Manager/Manufacturing Supervisor to assist with the reporting of ongoing performance and also any issues with the machinery.
Ensure work area are always kept clean and tidy and free from debris.
Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and safety.
If you feel you have any transferable skills for the above opportunities then full training will be given to the correct person.
