Debit and Credit cards are dealt with in 2 ways. If your order is placed on our website we will never see your details. These are processed by a 3rd Party who are PCI (Payment Card Industry) Compliant. If you call us and use a Debit or Credit Card to pay for an order then your card details are processed in accordance with our PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance procedure. We will never store your Debit or Credit Card details.
If you apply for or have a credit account with us, we will sometimes obtain information from credit reference agencies.
When we send Directed Marketing, you will have the opportunity to “Opt-Out” at any time. If you would like to “Opt-Out” now please direct your enquiry to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org we will then action this as quickly as possible. We will never sell your data and it will only be shared with approved partners as outlined later in this policy.

How long will we store your information?
Your Data will be stored for up to 7 years after the end of our relationship. Unless we have a legitimate reason to keep it longer.
Keeping your Information secure
We will do our very best to ensure that your Data is as secure as possible at all times. Using appropriate policies, procedures and up-to-date technical means including firewalls.
If you send us your information relating to a Job Application, we may keep it for up to 6 Months in case we decide to contact you at a later date.
If we employ you, we collect information about you throughout the period of your employment. This information will only be used for purposes directly relevant to your employment. After your employment has ended, we will keep your file for 7 years before destroying it. Unless we have a legal obligation to keep it under another legislation, such as the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
